Is anybody having slow performance with the the platform? I've been doing speed tests and it keeps getting horrible grades.
Has anybody went along and done performance fixes? If so what did you do.
I'm utilizing cdn, redis and varnish.
Good afternoon, did you manage to solve yours?
I'm facing the same problem, each page I'm going to load is taking almost 1 minute?
I use digitalocean VPS
I have not solved it but I use cloudways, digital ocean on a premium cpu server and I believe it has helped keep the cpu resources low from all the cronjobs.
I have been facing this issue for a long time, I have hired an expert, and as he said that this script mostly "saves sessions in the Database without any expiry date" and that causes a VERY slow backend/frontend. After, he finished the work the score jumped from around 60 to 80-90 speed test, and I tested it by myself and it was working perfectly.
Nasermetiani Hey thanks for letting us know how you managed to increase the performance. My grade is horrible. It's somewhere in the 30s on desktop. Mobile it's even worse. I've always suspected that this platform wasn't built correctly to scale.
I will have to hire an expert as well to make the changes.
bill Hey Bill, You dont need to hire anyone to do it for you,
Did you download the latest update?
shando67 Yes, latest update does nothing regarding improve performance. It only fixes the IG API limit error. The issues stems from sessions being saved in the DB and not being erased.
I cleared sp_sessions table and performance improved drastically.
Hi bill, is Version 7.2.0 - 30 May, 2021
This updates work perfectly in your system. you didnot face any issue or anythings.. Like bugs reagrding scheduling we don't see next button in user managers.
and any other to solve that IG api throtle error.
Abhi It fixes the major issue regarding IG API error but there are still some bugs within the application like sessions not being deleted from DB. Unable to upload videos using Cloud providers and recurring payments for annual is not possible because it charges per month and stuff like that.
Customer support is also terrible. They usually ignore issues and tell you they will fix it in the next update etc.
